Cooling-load calculations and system selection
We calculate cooling and heating requirements using project location, temperature and humidity, solar exposure, building envelope, occupancy and internal heat gains. We select air-conditioning systems and indoor and outdoor units according to capacity, energy performance, noise, available space and budget.
Ventilation and fresh-air design
Our scope includes air-volume calculations, air changes per hour, fresh-air requirements, and intake and exhaust fan selection. Ventilation layouts address the use of each space and the applicable project requirements.
Duct and piping design
We prepare duct layouts and sizing, refrigerant and chilled-water piping networks, pipe supports and hangers. We coordinate routes with architectural, structural and other building services drawings to support installation and maintenance access.
Controls and system coordination
We design temperature, humidity and airflow controls and coordinate HVAC systems with building management and fire safety systems according to the agreed scope.
Drawings, specifications and BOQ
Deliverables can include calculations, equipment schedules, coordinated drawings, technical specifications and bills of quantities for procurement and construction. The required files, design criteria and review stages are agreed at the start of the project.
